Bencercise hits Decathlon! Strongfit is invited to excite the public with their catchy dance treatments and wow! Singapore loves to dance!

From kids to seniors to dancecrazy enthusiasts they all come to Decathlon on Fridays at 8.30pm and Saturdays at 8pm to enjoy the exciting new exercise craze from Strongfit!

It’s not line dance... that's too slow... it's not Latin inspired... it's oldies and goodies with a party twist. And yes, we twist too!

We are surprised by how many new students can instantly join in the fun and dance their butts off!

We had a four year old stay the whole hour! ...A 70 year old who comes for every session... and dance student who learns Ben’s dance moves... and lots of fitness lovers who sign up days before the class.
